In my #443 Post I said that my watch was only 33 miles away and I would get it early tomorrow morning. Actually it was at a UPS office 33 miles east of the town that I live in and I am going to pick it up at the local UPS office.

However, sometime last night UPS for some reason moved it and it is now in a town that is 35 miles southwest of where I will pick it up. Why did they do that I'll never know. It means that they shipped it 60 some odd miles only to now have to ship it back 30+ miles so it will be where I will pick it up; a total of 95+ miles that are totally unnecessary and a waste of time and fuel.

Strange way to run a business indeed.
Sounds like they need a need logistics dept.

Purchased WSB on May 19th.

Updated:
Available to ship: 9-11 business days
Delivers: June 16-18

Every day is one step closer toward delivery.

I ordered a 42 sport WSB May 14. Same updates as everyone else. Seeing the blue sport bands shipping quickly, I ordered one (with Apple care this time) to race the WSB on May 28. Got the notification that my card was charged last night in the amount of a sport without AppleCare. So I canceled the blue thinking the white was on the way. Only problem is that I forgot AppleCare was charged at the time I ordered. So I shot myself in the foot. Oh well, the WSB is still supposed to be here June 12-17.

Update: I re-ordered a 42 mm sport blue SB yesterday (June 1), and it shipped today for delivery tomorrow (Chicago). I'll be canceling the WSB and attempting a band swap through Apple (my extra Black SB was delivered yesterday).

How was the drive to pick up your watch?

I had a 42 WSB on order (5/31 order, 6/18-6/22 delivery) but ordered a 42 BSB 6/2 at 8:51pm EST (in Cleveland,OH) and was charged at 12:10pm EST 6/3. It is 7:00am EST on 6/3 and it is PFS.

Hope that helps some of you folks.

And by BSB here I meant blue sport band. Sorry for the confusion, I'm a forum newb.
