So, based on comments here, they've covered about 16 seconds worth of orders today. Long slog.

On an unrelated note to keep me busy, since I have xx:07:05, I was going to put an exacta on 7 and 5, but 7 scratched. Just my luck.

I have a theory about why Apple is moving so "slowly" through these pre-orders right now. I feel like Apple has made so many more 42mm SG Watches than we are seeing, but since they are ready so early, they are using these Watches to send to the specialty stores to keep them stocked. BUT once May 13 rolls around, they will have accumulated so many Watches, that they will be rolling through our orders EXTREMELY quickly.

...say what, man?

That's two weeks from now Tim cook said we should get our watches before the shipping estimate..... I think there should be more prep for shipments starting Monday

3:06am EST order email confirm - not sure about the seconds, how do you see this?

Got charged this aft and status has changed to preparing for shipment, delivery date hasn't updated yet though, still may 17-27.

I'm in NYC

Depends on where you received the email. It's in the full header. On Gmail it's under the little drop down next to reply, select "Show Original".

So now that my watch is shipping I guess I finally have to update my iPhone..I was really hoping the jailbreak community would have something out for 8.2/8.3 but apparently they're waiting on Apple to release 8.4 before a public jailbreak is made available.

Am I the only one here that's sad to lose all the jb tweaks and apps? I'm stoked to get my watch but I hate having to sacrifice one to enjoy the other.

Why? No.

Nope, you're not the only one. I restored from the taig jailbreak about 3-4 weeks ago so I could be ready in time for my watch on the 24th. Hah...watch on the 24th. Sigh. Still processing.

even though i got charged today and the status has changed to preparing to ship, it still says Available to ship: 4-6 weeks, Delivers: May 13 - May 27 by Standard Shipping.

Chatted with two online apple support reps and they also say May 13. Not sure if this is right, as I though once you get that preparing to ship change it ships in the next day or so, not in 2 weeks.

hope the apple reps are wrong!

I doubt you'll find a rep who's willing to commit on a delivery date. Even if they had it right in front of them.
