what's up with Apple charging Canadians ? there at xx:17 while we in the US are struggling to every pass xx:10:22

I hear ya...I've never thought about living in LA or Canada, but sure wish I were in either now. In Canada, my xx:10:57 order would have been filled decades ago and in LA I could have blown off the pre-order altogether and strolled out of Maxfields at my leisure with a 42 SG on my wrist.

they not getting charged right now just status updates, with pfs to shipped or shipped to delivered

and Canada had less orders than US so it seems they ahead but because they had less available orders to Canada from what I read

I am one of those 17:XX Canadians and I think it is because although the order states 17 min I think I ordered at more like 10 min after. It definitely wasn't 17 min after.

So I left for a work trip and scheduled to have my watch delivered to a Fedex Office store since I had other items needed to be picked up. Apparently they don't accept UPS packages.

Lol. Well it is a Fedex Office store...can't really expect them to take a competitors package.

Not mad but pretty unimpressed with how this launch went. Well, I guess I am irritated at the Maxfield thing. Thanks for supplying scalpers when real customers are waiting. I'm in LA so I could've done that but I didn't want to validate the strategy.

I was actually in LA last Saturday through Tuesday. I thought about going to Maxfields but you have to pay up front, and there was no guarantee that I'll have it by Tuesday evening before I had to leave.

I can't say much, but I have a friend that works for a certain company (wink wink) who paraphrased to me an email from Tim himself!

It said to expect a huge boost in space grey order processing because Tim's friend, Elon Musk, just drove his SpaceX rocket back from space where he was working hard, harvesting all the Grey needed for these models! Get ready for the next wave!

The watch is literally 5 minutes away at the UPS customer center but the lady says apple told them not to hold for pick up until at least first delivery attempt is made. lol I could drive down there and be back here within 10 minutes with my watch lol

Dude, everyone "in the know" calls BS on this. Space Gray aluminum comes from deep in the earth's core and is mined by the Lemurians. The last two weeks were the annual Festival of Atlantis in Lemuria and so mining basically stopped. We should see a huge wave now that the festival is over.

We nearly caught you guys this past weekend. That only means the US is about to have a BIG wave again. It's been a quiet 40 hours for us.

Pretty sure that we get a block of Watches when they have a shipment of a certain size for freight efficiency. Last time Canada got ahead of the US the pendulum did swing back the other way eventually. Have faith!

I thought it was grey because they added unobtainium to the aluminum to make it stronger which explains the delay since the Navi have retaken Pandora and cut off unobtainium supplies.

They do seem to come in waves but the waves have happened at varying times of the day.

My xx:09:55 in Canada is just delivering tomorrow. I think it is along the lines of x,000 watches fit in the air shipping crates so they fill one and send it for efficiency of handling. With less orders from Canada it covers a great span of time but we'll be quiet for another week again while the US catches up.
