Xx:11:56 delivery to SF tomorrow.. 1st night charged. 2nd night shipped. Next day it delivers. At least that's how it's going for me. I was in that last wave. Hopefully this helps anyone wondering about a rough outline of the shipping process. Tracking says it will be at its destination by 3pm. Originating from Ontario, CA.. With wells Fargo the charge was pending for 20 hours. Then Apple changed to shipped. Expect preparing to ship for 20 hours. At least approx.

I posted it earlier this morning but since some of you may have missed it and with people sabotaging the google doc I figured it may be useful. Here's my own record of reported charges, I don't keep track of shipping times or anything, only days when people were charged. Last charges in US were ~11pm EST last night (May 12th).
PS: This is why I decided to keep my own records...had a feeling that google doc wouldn't last or would be left behind and un-edited.
