They don't charge until your Watch is in transit / ready to turn over to UPS.

When I get home I'll post screenshots. I'm out on a job right now. I'll show you time stamps and the. Screen cap the preparing for ship if you must have confirmation.
 
Finally! I was charged 12:22AM PST today.
And it says 'Preparing for Shipment'
Im the xx:15 group!
Its happening!

Can someone please send me the link to the excel sheet so i can update my status?

Mine appeared not to be charged but when I saw the Preparing for Shipment, I went to my Capital One and saw that my balance on that card was still zero but my available credit was only $4573.07 rather than $5k. Since that was the only thing that I've used that card for, I knew it was the Apple transaction pending even though I can't see it.

Pending CC charge 5/18/2015
Apple says the card was rejected
CC company says there was no problem (and charge is listed as pending)
Apple says they tried again and it worked
Two pending charges now (I'm sure the duplicate will go away)
Status is still Processing Items as of this moment
 
xx:16:02 CC charged and preparing for shipment as status. Hope it clears and ships out tomorrow for Wednesday delivery.
