My order confirmation was 12:23 and I've been PFS all day. Just add one more frustration to the whole process as I see people with later confirmation times move to Shipped status.

Most likely that they are on the East coast, and apple is trying to get them in before the UPS cut off times.
I dont think ive seen any west coasters ship as of yet.
Im in PHX, Pending shipment ordered at 00:14:26 and Charged today at 00:10
Same here.. West coast with charge at 12:20 am pacific time and still at PFS. I'm sure we're fine as long as we see shipped by en of day
I have ordered two watches. I did not get a "Shipped" notification on the one I have already until 5pm PST. I picked it up at the local UPS place the next day during lunch.
I am currently waiting on my space gray to move over to "Shipped" like everyone else.
We waited this long, another day isn't gonna kill ya.
I am in Mesa and still at PFS also confirmed at XX:13:38.. so looking for a change later in the afternoon.
I would expect there is zero correlation between when it switches from PFS to Shipped, and when you will receive your watch the following day. That is just a function of when UPS scans it, but even if they scanned at 11PM, it could theoretically be on your doorstep at 9am.
On my day, most everyone had theirs switch from PFS to shipped hours before me...yet we all got them the same day.

Me. I'm in Atlanta. "Still Processing" but that's because my CC was declined at first for some strange reason. So I added a new CC at 7:30 am to avoid delayed shipping. Still hasn't changed to PFS though. Apple chat confirmed the new CC charge went through

Just got my serial number for the Apple watch that is to be delivered tomorrow. Serial number was loaded into my support profile.
Serial number indicates that it was manufactured the 19th week - which I am believe is last week - week of May 11th. If I recall the last big wave had watches that showed manufacture in the last week of April.
Certainly appears as though things are picking up to some degree... Hopefully this is good news for those still playing the waiting game!
