Same thing happened to me for my 38MM Blue sport - I raised holy heck with UPS, even tweeted every executive I could find and UPS customer service. That did the trick. The first people at UPS said it was "lost" but after the magic tweet, it was "found" and sent to the center nearest me so I could get it in my hot little hands on launch day.

But still waiting for husband's 42mm BSB. Ordered before mine, with confirmation at xx:06:14. Still stuck in processing.

Do you happen to have the information of whomever was able to help you out? I'm already in the process of trying to speak to a supervisor, but no one seems to be able to do anything at all. Guess I'll have to executive email carpetbomb them.

It's May Day! A Holiday?!?!?!

So today is May 1, labor day and many countries are enjoying a long, long holiday (ahem, yes you China!!!) so I wonder if this is having any impact on charges and deliveries?

Hmmm... It could be, interesting point considering the charges were late.

I agree - stocking what appears to be the most popular while pre-orders are being slowly filled just sticks in my craw.

And it would be another thing if they at least had it to wait a week or 2 before they got it. In a lot of instances they are getting them the next day.

The way I see it, it's just an interesting oddity -- a little quirk in the overall system. Life is full of such things. Sometimes they work for you, sometimes they work against you.

Like my Mom walked into an electronics retail store in Kyoto on an iPad launch day to find no line and only a few customers buying iPads. In the meanwhile, there were lines extending around the block in Tokyo, and I'm sure if some of those Tokyo people knew iPads were available in Kyoto, they would have hopped on the train to go get it. But they had no way of knowing, did they?

Same thing happened to me in Georgetown in Washington DC when the iPhone 4S launched... Just walked in with no line.

Oh as for Labour day... I think in China they have make up 2 of the three days they take off for whatever that is worth.

Can't imagine how they could if they are stocking Maxfield (and the other few boutiques) wit daily orders. It's infuriating.

Granted it's only 1 store in the entire US but I feel like LA people are being screwed over a bit because of Maxfield. I went and "pre-ordered" from them last night. I should have mine by Monday at the latest... it's extremely infuriating that I even bothered to stay up on 4/10 to order the watch though to have any schmo walk in off the street this last week and able to get one before me. I also paid a lower tax because where I live the tax is 2 bucks higher!

Try emailing help@UPS.com. They were the group who helped me after multiple chats and phone calls that got nowhere, including three different attempts to get a supervisor. But I think they were so responsive because of my angry tweet...

I contacted help@ups.com and spoke with a supervisor. Their response is simply "Too bad. Wait until Monday." This is why UPS is a laughingstock when it comes to logistics.

If you got to the Apple store website and enter into a chat they can give you the specific time of your order.

I was one of those who tried the online order and not from the app so I could not get into the queue early. Then I ran into problems with getting the site to recognize my Apple Store Gift Card. By the time I got through my order was at xx:15:56  After learning about the taptic issues late last night I predicted that most of us with >10 minutes would probably not see our watches until the May13-27 time slot. Although there is movement with watches today, we are still seeing the 4 and 5 minute orders mainly. It's looking like each minute is taking 1.5 days. So I'm not getting my hopes up too high and resigning myself to the fact that it'll be a 2+ week wait. Maybe a miracle will happen but I'm not counting on it. What is frustrating is those who are able to walk into a boutique store and get one quicker than those of us who stayed up to the wee hours of the night to order. :( I just doesn't quite seem fair. But who said life was fair.

I'm changing my assessment. It looks like this has slowed even more and for every minute of the order acceptance it appears that CC are being charged over 2+days. Then add the shipping time. At this rate the 6's & 7's will be next week, 8's & 9's the week after and so on. Not to mention some of the 3-5's still not getting any love. Yep, May 13-27 seems about right for the majority of us :-(

This was the initial response I got from chat. I told them I was willing to pick it up at a UPS processing center if they would just locate the package - and they were able to do this. But again, only after multiple calls, chats and escalations. And one simple angry tweet.

Did you get an "out for delivery" notice, then a few hours late get an updated notice that your item had been "left at the facility?" The first person I spoke with actually told me my package was lost and that I would have to file a claim!

May 13th is getting closer and closer... however, May 27th is so far away:( I hope we all have it by the 13th or earlier.

On April 28, a pending charge for the watch went on to my credit card. I was surprised as my order time is 7:27 (was shipping to NY but changed to NC).

How long has it been taking to change from pending to shipping?

An upscale boutique fashion store would not normally carry an apple gadget. Apple wanted to market this as a fashion forward device and needed to incentivize these boutiques to carry the device.

I'm sure they were promised X amount of sales and access to the watch to keep them stocked and keep people churning through the store.

Apple is willing to piss a few people off...but this is why it is only one store in the country, versus even one store per major city.

Finally got my 42 sg in this morning. It came yesterday but there was a mix up. I was a late :05 order. Hopefully orders go fast now since more people ordered within the 1st 5-10 mins. Good luck all!

42 SG
05:57 email confirmation
Shipping to south Texas
Was just charged within the last hour
Preparing for shipment

I guess I'll get it on Monday don't think they are doing Saturday shipments.

Hopefully, it should be shipped tonight [with overnight shipping]. If it get shipped today and if you don't have Saturday delivery, then talk to UPS customer care tonight (later hours) & ask them to hold your item at your nearest UPS customer care center (NOT the UPS store). You can walk-in to the center tomorrow and pick it up there. No need to wait until Monday. Good luck.

According to ups website, you can't hold for pickup on Saturdays. Is that outdated or incorrect?

You can paint bull $h!t a different color but that doesn't mean it's isn't bull $h!t anymore.

Had I known that Maxfield was getting priority I would have walked in last Friday night and danced the friggin' jig by Sunday afternoon with an Apple Watch on my arm. The point is pushing back your pre-order sales for boutique sales is a bunch of bull.

I'm a xx.06.20. Hoping to see some action in the next day or two. No more flights coming into Louisville until tonight. Right now flights are coming from China into anchoridge, where they will then be sent to Louisville. Dissapointed at last nights bunch, not much. Hoping tonight's the night :)

What happened to all of our flight trackers? Anything landing in Louisville this afternoon?

According to this http://flightaware.com/live/iphone there should be 5 coming in after midnight eastern time. And 1 due in Anchorage in a few hours.
