I have a C2D MBP 2.4Ghz and did a clean install of Leopard. I decided to take a look at activity monitor and was surprised to see it list many of my programs as using 900MB+ of Virtual Memory with a total VM of 47GB. I haven't noticed any significant performance decrease but it saying 47GB of VM seems odd.
Any ideas?
