iPod touch 4G Ipod Touch-Update or Product?

Does anybody know if the "4G Ipod Touch" is going to be a software update or an actual product.

There's iOS 4 for iPhone and iPod touch, and that is a software update. A hardware update, the new iPod touch, will be released in September.

I DONT KNOW!!!! 😀 What they think; i dont know why i posted this, theyre obviously coming out with a 4th gen.
