4k Blu-ray?

Makemkv supports UHD through the use a a hash key file while 1080p uses no such list.

I have never tried 4K discs myself. Ask on the MakeMKV forum!

Already looked and everyone is ripping the 4k disc to play it. Didn't see posts from people who successfully played a 4k disc directly on a Mac.

Use the demo of MacGo and try it, it works great, but the reason most people rip instead is because that way we don't have to pay for MacGo Player licenses.
