I have 2019 13” MacBook Pro (4tunderbolts). When I connect it via display cable to the Samsung 27” 4K monitor, after a while fan gets crazy and MacBook heats too much. I use it in scaled screen mode because in default resolution Fonts are impossible to read. How to solve this problem?

Which "looks like" resolution are you set to? It uses the least CPU/GPU power to run at either native resolution or an integer scaling - "looks like 1920x1080" for a 4K 3840x2160 display.

It is overheating while idiling but sometimes gets crazy especially when I'm using adobe illustrator.
My "looks like" resolution is 2560x1440.

Get an eGPU or try to get a refund. It’ll be a battle and you’ll have to jump through a million troubleshooting hoops but should be possible. Demonstrate the problem of excessive heat from light GPU activities like video chat and even just repetitive expose animation eventually leading to cpu power starvation (frequency drops to 800mhz).
