4K list missing in Netflix app

As you can see in the picture there’s a Ultra 4K list in my Netflix tv app, can’t seem to find it in the Netflix app on the apple tv...

The Ultra 4K list comes and goes. I don't always see it myself. I've asked Netflix on it and they told me it wasn't widely in effect yet.
