My current model Apple TV automatically updated to TVOS 15 a few days ago and now I'm having 4K streaming issues with every movie I have purchased. It's not even streaming at an HD level, more like a blurry standard definition. It's not my internet connection (speedtest over 500mbps) and 4k streaming works perfectly fine with youtube, HBOmax, Vudu, and Amazon Prime apps. I've restarted a few times and am contemplating resetting the device. Has anyone been experiencing this? I would appreciate any help.

I upgraded to tvOS15 and have no issues with 4k DV or 4k HDR from Movies Anywhere, iTunes, Netflix, Prime, etc.

Maybe a reset is the best solution.

Hello William, did you ever get this sorted?

There are quite a few people experiencing this issue on reddit as well since the TVOS 15 update and it's frustrating to say the least. Hopefully a fix is found sooner rather than later or Apple release a new OS update that fixes it.
