4S and display mirroring with Apple TV

I have the 4S and cannot seem to get the mirroring to work. I double click and swipe right. I do not see the icon to change to mirroring. On my iPad 2, the mirroring works fine. I swipe right and the icon appears and I turn it to on. Anyone else have this with the 4S?

I also tried at a friends house and it didn't work on his Apple TV either. All software is upgraded.

I was able to get it to work after I went into my music settings and added my apple ID to the home sharing.

I figured it out. It was my fault. On the iPhone you have to swipe twice. ooops.
