4S Battery Tendencies?

Do you think its bad for the battery to recharge it when it reaches 75% or 80% and top it off?

Or is it best to just let it go down to 20% and then re-charge it?

I know different people have different opinions, looking to see how people do it...

I believe it goes on cycles. So if you run your battery down to zero and charge fully that's 1 cycle. If you run your battery down to 80 and fully charge that is 1/5 of a cycle. Doesn't matter how you do it. At least that is my understanding of it.
 
Dead Battery

At this point in time I am trying to keep my battery charged through my 8 hour work schedule where I cannot even have my phone so the phone is off inside my pocket. When I go on break and look at the battery it drops 12% and then takes 5 hours just to get back to 90% battery
