What are some cases designed to accommodate slightly larger docks and audio plugs? I like my current case, but I've had problems with being able to access both of these with certain accessories.

4S Case with big enough dock connector and audio holes??

You may have to use a sleeve or get something that can be easily taken apart from the bottom. I use a 10' cable but the connector is too big for the case so every night, I have to take the bottom part off and charge.
