"4S Experience Station" Sign found in China

Hey all, this is my first post to MacRumors :).

So I just came back from a business trip with my mother. The company we work for organized a 10 day trip to China to check out...business stuff. Anyway while in suburb part of Shanghai, our tour bus passed a big blue sign that read "4s Experience Station" with an apple logo above it. I tried to take a picture of it but the bus moved too quickly and i had no time to take the camera out. Later that day when we drove back, we drove past it (this time i had my camera ready) and i took a quick snapshot of it.

could this have anything to do with the rumoured iPhone 4S??

It looks like one of the counterfit apple stores. If it is true, then it may lend credence to the rumors that the 4S was targeting the chinese markets all along, or that the 4S is all we will be seeing tomorrow (more likely)
