4S / Fido Canada missing calls nonstop

Most of my calls are outgoing, so its taken me a while to notice, but my iPhone lately almost NEVER successfully rings/buzzes for incoming calls. It always just buzzes me that I've missed a call after the fact.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there any fix?
