4s Jailbreak still transferring to new iPhone's

I jailbroke my 4s years ago and since then one of the features did not fully delete. It has transferred to my iPhone 5 and now my 6+ has gotten it to. Everytime my phone turns off pages of ghost icons will show up. How do I permenantly delete this left behind feature so that i don't have to deal with this all the time?

I also experienced same issue before and I didn't have any resolution though it was not an iphone.

Did you do a clean restore (Start from scratch)?

Some JB changes will transfer and pass through via backup files.
You will need to restore and setup as new phone to get rid of all that.
