iPhone 4S laggy in certain parts

Hi,

I just upgraded to iOS7GM and I noticed on my 4S that there is a noticeable lag in certain parts of the phone like messages, mail, and sometimes safari. All 3 are connected to the keyboard and when I type a mail, it slows and messages typing and sending is extremely laggy.

Is this normal?

Going from portrait to landscape is laggy as well.

Turning on the increase contrast and reduce motion switches in the accessibility menu seems to fix most of the lag and stutter issues, but you lose out on essentially all the eye candy.

It didn't do anything for me at all.

Reset All Settings may fix these issues.

I tried that and no luck 🙁

Is it just because of hardware?
