Did they change the location or number of moisture sensors on the 4S? I am pretty sure I still see one at the bottom of the headphone jack, but I can no longer see an obvious one underneath the connectors in the USB port.

They meant dock port. and I vaguely recall from ifixit teardown that the dock port sensor has been moved a bit deeper inside.
