So I got an email from O2 saying I have first dibs as Im an existing customer. You click on the link it takes you to the tariffs page. Then under 'how do I get 4S?' It says, go to an O2 store.

Thats not exactly first dibs now is it? As by the time I get there potentially they will of all gone.

Anyone else in the same boat kind enough to enlighten me a little?

Yes, basically o2 are muppets

Cancel your contract and move to a different network. That way you can pre-order, and vote with your feet when it comes to o2's ridiculous price gouging and crap customer service.

Basically o2 are being idiots, by giving you the above message, and also by the fact that you can't upgrade/buy yourself out of your contract unless it's over £40 a month...

I could buy myself out in the past but i chose not to when the 4 came out and I'm on the lowest tariff. Also the tariffs I'm looking seem better than anyone else's. Maybe as I'm an existing customer?
