4S restore problem

hello everybody 🙂

my 4s just shut down by itself before 2-3 days
i tried to restore it with latest itunes on my windows 8 and failed said error 1600-1601-1602

i installed redsnow just to check and says my phone is in soft dfu mode

tried also to use a downloaded 6.1.3 from ipsw with no result

Try putting it in actual DFU mode. Or use tiny-umbrella to put in recovery mode. Then try another restore.

when i try to restore from tinyumbrella it says that im not in recovery mode..i press just boot or pwned dfu and says that 4s isnt supported

Call apple I don't really know what to do at this point.

Have you tried a proper DFU with a clean version of the software downloaded from Apple,

what do you mean proper dfu?how do i know that im in DFU?

i downloaded an ipsw from a site,do you mean this?

When your computer recognizes your iPhone but the iPhones screen is blank/off is when you know your iPhone is in dfu.

Yesterday night, I left the phone (off charger) with light black screen on.. And after some hours, gone off again (no light on scree).. Maybe battery?

When the screen is off can the computer recognize it. If It can't it must be dead.

Try a different USB cable. If that does not work your iPhone has a major problem and would need replacing.

I had the same problems, i had to bring to the care service and it cost me $50

They reinstall the software and the problems was solved!
