iPod 4th G, wont scroll

You've restored it and it still isn't working? Then it sounds like a hardware fault and probably needs to be repaired or replaced by Apple. 😱

Yep, restored it and it does the same thing. I told him he would have to send it to Apple. Wonder what they charge for something like that and if it would be worth it?

It worked fine. He doesnt know what caused it to do this. He was listening and wanted to switch a song, pressed menu and nothing happened.
