5.0 GM today?

Was the Gm version of 5.0 mentioned today? Didn't see any mention of it on the liveblogs i read.

If you are a developer and try to go log into the dev portal it is down. It says it will be back in a little bit.

Developer.apple.com is down right now...I'm sure an update is being posted now.

Possible OTA?

anyone think its possible that it would come in the form of just a software update on those of us who are running the latest beta? Also, iv never tried but I've been told that the GM works on devices whether or not the UDID is registered. IS this true? my iPhone is registered but my iPad 2 isn't so I'm curious. WOuld like to know the answer to this question..
