MP 1,1-5,1 5,1 Restarting when Power Off in Boot Camp

Running Windows 10, I forgot when but I've seen my computer restarting when I powered off in Boot Camp. I've never had any power issue though (my 5,1 turning off by itself or crashing and etc.).

Would this have to do with the software or the PSU?
