5.1 Update from itunes or from iphone?

Guys, when I try to update from my iPhone, the file is 189mb. When updating from itunes, it downloads 803mb...so which should I choose? haha

OTA is just the delta. iTunes is the whole OS.

having said that, i spent most of the last 2 hours trying to update OTA on my iPhone 4. it kept timing out, so i'm doing it through iTunes now...going much smoother.

It took like 45 minutes to update thru iTunes.

It says 8 hours to download 😡 Speed Test is showing me at 15 ms too. So the servers must be slammed

Took about 25min. for me, but downloaded and installed OTA just fine

I updated OTA a couple hours after the keynote finished. Took about 15 minutes to download, roughly 15-20 minutes to install and be ready to go.

Their servers might be getting hit hard. Especially with more and more people getting off work in the evening hours.
