5.2.1 kills battery life on Nike+ Series 2

Anyone else having battery issues on Series 2 after upgrading to 5.2.1?

I normally get all day out of it but after tracking a 2 hour walk yesterday it was dead after 2 hours from 100% even while in airplane mode.

My Nike+ Series 2 battery seems to be acting normal since upgrading.

I'm having the same issues with my Series 2 since the update; unusually high battery drain and I discovered today that it's not fully charging after a night on the charger. After the battery drain issues I decided to check that it was actually at 100% when I took it off the charger each morning. Today after 9 hours charging it was only at 78%; these issues have only started since I updated and they appear to be intermittent.

Have you guys tried hard reboots or unpairing/repairing? If either of those don't work, maybe a factory reset, if that's a thing?

Hoping mine doesn't eventually fall victim to this!

Just as rgyiv wrote, have you tried restarting your watch. I have had the sam problem with my S2 after some FW updates, and restarting the watch has helped me every time.

I have a series 2 with 5.2.1. Have not noticed any battery issues since update.

I'd love to know what unpairing and re-pairing does to actually fix it.
