Suppose there will be a 5.5" iPhone 6...

What UI should it have? It seems a bit a waste of space to have the same interface as the 5/5S. It could make a better use of the space rather than just scaling it to fit. Although then again it might be a bit too small to have the iPad UI.

iPad uses pretty much the same UI as the phone.

The iPad got the short end of the stick during the development of iOS 7. Due to the rushed timeframe, the iPhone got priority and that's why many apps, features and UI elements look like blown-up versions of their iPhone counterpart, because that's exactly what it is.

If the next-gen iPhone is getting a display size increase, they better have iOS designed with it in mind because they still haven't gotten the iPad optimized for the new version of iOS.

Apple never tried to use iPad screen to the fullest...it is always the blown up iPhone UI... I do not see Apple going for Samsung's multi-windows approach or anything meaningful...it will just blown up one
