How can it be charged more than 100%?
Apple sets a standard capacity, which is 6900mah on the new MBP, batteries are a chemical reaction and will varies from time to time.
My first charge got 6989mah, which is 89mah more than standard capacity, thus over 100% charge compared to the designed capacity.

Code:
 ioreg -l -w0 | grep Capacity
    | |           "MaxCapacity" = 7051
    | |           "CurrentCapacity" = 6249
    | |           "LegacyBatteryInfo" = {"Amperage"=18446744073709550491,"Flags"=4,"Capacity"=7051,"Current"=6249,"Voltage"=11987,"Cycle Count"=3}
    | |           "DesignCapacity" = 6900
Mine is now apparently 7051mah, which is 102%..
