$5 iTunes movies for limited time

Is this a rare thing in the US? In the UK there's some sort of sale monthly. I use the CheapCharts iOS app as well, that shows me the daily price drops (and it costs me a fortune)

The deal has expired now unfortunately, but thanks for the tip about CheapCharts! Now I won't miss out on these deals anymore!

There are regular sales and bundles here as well.
 
Thanks for the notice, I actually picked up a couple (Nerve and Raging Bull, I already had most of the others). I may have to check out cheapcharts.
 
Cheap Charts is great.
I use it every day to check on sales

9to5 had the story about a week late. those $5 deals started the Tuesday prior.
