Returning one of the watches, not the people.

I knew I wanted one and thought my daughters would too. I definitely thought DW wouldn't want it but included her just in case. Everyone liked them immediately, especially since they're really comfortable.

My 88 y/o mother was the only one to take a pass. She likes it well enough but it isn't worth the burden of recharging. She'd rather replace a battery every few years and I can't blame her.

And the unlocking macbook feature is killer!

I had a feeling Grandma wasn't going to warm up to it. Your earlier thread about the watch faces asked for simplicity, but even at its simplest, the Apple Watch requires more involvement than a basic battery- or solar-powered quartz watch.

She loved the display (no reading glasses!) and thought it comfortable but didn’t want anything to plug in. Phone, kindle, radio, heating pad are enough.
