Used CdiJPTw478. Thanks, got a pair of iPhone 5 protectors and finally got the 13 inch MBA skin I have always wanted to pick up!

Just used CBJkLRy246. Got a pure for my iphone 5 and one or my wife's soon to be arriving phone too for the price of 1. The cheap replacements won me over...

I'm thinking about getting the back and sides protection. Has anyone tried it on their iphone yet?

How thick is it and how secure is it? The protection i'm using now doesn't cover the whole aluminum back of the phone which irks me.

i commented on the sides...

i got my full body protector in yesterday and installed the sides last night. I actually did a really good job and everything lined up PERFECT. However it's pretty thick and the volume buttons are almost flush. I dont like that and might be removing it soon. Its not case friendly (i had a feeling it wouldn't be) and when i put my monoprice bumper on the buttons really came unresponsive and almost not able to use it period. im debating on leaving the sides on or removing them to put my bumper back on. After what happened to my iP4 and apple's bumper, this was the reason why i bought the side protector.

just a heads up if anyone was planning on doing the same thing i was.

I have the full matte finish installed on mine... Best shield I've used!
It's not too thick.. I'd say its similar to the other leading brands in thickness.

Thank you so much! I used CdfiJkP246.
I just Bought Pure glass for my iPhone 5, Ultra tough for my girlfriend's Samsung GS3, her daughter's iPhone 4s, and her iPad 2. We just saved a lot of money! What's even cooler is this company is in Draper, UT literally, 20 mins from where we live. Too bad we can't just pick them up. Lol.

Am I the only one that feels like the back piece is too small? I am very disappointed with my bodyguardz. I used a SGP for the front thankfully.

I agree. I really love my Bodyguardz (thanks again for the discount!), but the back piece seems awfully small!

I attempted to install the Ultratough Clearskin for the back of the iPhone, and failed with both shields provided. I'm generally really good at doing things like this, and had no problem installing the cheap protectors that I used on the back of my iPhone 4.

I used the gel method. The instructions provided aren't clear about waiting until the gel dries before removing the back protective liner. That's what caused the first install to fail- it pulled it right up. On the second install, I waited 45 minutes before removing the liner, and it still pulled the skin right off of my iPhone even though I did it very slowly and carefully.

I'm very disappointed. I'm just glad I had the 50% off coupon so I didn't waste the full price amount.

Can the back be installed dry?

Supposed to be able to. I had the same issue but squeegee the gel out and smoothed it out. May be better with the soapy water method. Mine is ok but my wife has a bubble or two. In a case anyway...

I just use this code CGNQRTV467. Thank you!

I bought the UltraTough Clear Skins Back & Sides Only for Apple iPhone 5 and I will try the dry install instead since you guys have tried the gel install and it looks like it was not a good install. Will let you know.

Has anyone tried the Pure Glass from them yet? Any pics?

Just pulled off my bodyguardz side pieces and wow they left gluelike residue!! Very disappointed in bodyguardz. I think they rushed their development of this product to get it out for sale quickly as possible which wasn't the best thing to do. Not to mention the side pieces made my iphone feel much wider then it should be, almost to where I had to REALLY feel for my volume and sleep/wake button. I have a pure screen protector coming from them as well, we'll see how that goes.

I agree with the back, it is way too small.. Lacks like 2mm on each sides. I will ask for a corrected version.

Is there a corrected version? I'd like the extra coverage as well, but what they have now works until it's fixed.

I had a Skinomi which was like this as well small by a hair on each side and it sucked. It really kills the purpose of the skin/protection as each edge of the metal frame can get scratched.

I ditched it quick and got a Bestskinsever, it fits like a glove there is nothing exposed at all. The sides and even Lightning port/bottom speaker grlls have cutouts all around each of them. I definitely recommend it.
