500 Gig 7200 RMP Hard Drive for uMBPLate 2.53

I am looking to get a quiet and cool 7200 RPM 500 gig hard drive got my uMBP 2.53.

After using SEARCH! and reading through some post it looks like most people are going with the Seagate Momentus 7200.4 500 gig.

I am impatient and found the drive for a decent price at Best Buy....but I see no mention of the 7200.4.

Is this the same drive?

i personally opted to get the western digital blue 500 gb drive

lower rpm , but better performance

just finished installing it myself as well

why would a 5400rpm drive get better performance than a 7200??
If you have it please post a URL that shows the Blue is better than the Momentus.
