500GB HD significantly slows down iMac ship rate for some reason

in both US and UK store, ship time for 750GB drive still 2-3 weeks, but 500GB drive is down to 3 days now

Don't do it man! Wait until October, just 4 short months away and you can have Leopard and more than likely an updated iMac!
The longest I can wait is early july and thats pushing it too!!!! when i read bout imac releases being mid to late summer, as in july, possibly august, dont think i can hold out for that long unfortunately.
