512GB/1TB/2TB SSD Speeds?

So I know 256GB will probably bring a slower SSD speed. Can anyone confirm however, that 512/1TB/2TB are bringing the same speeds?

This of course for the new MBP's.

This is what I get on my TB 13" 512gb ssd 16gb ram i7
