So I gather they are available in-store today. Great news.

At my ATT store I asked the employee while buying the iPhone if they had the 3G dock and how much was it. He seemed to think the iPhone still came with a dock. I said it doesn't anymore and he had no idea and didn't think they had any yet.

Does an iPod touch fit in it? Apple say it's only compatible with the 3G iPhone but damn, if it fits a touch I'm getting one.
 
$29 for this made in china piece of plastic that probably costs apple $4. What a rip-off. And to top it off it doesn't even come with it's own cord, you have to use the one that came with your phone meaning you can't use the cradle and the supplied power plug in two different locations, it's one or the other.
