55Mbps is pretty much overkill on just about any streaming app on the ATV4.

Actually, you could stream Netflix on ten different ATV4s at the same time with a 55Mbps connection, so just one ATV4 will be fine.

Thanks the reason I ask is I have aqn Apple TV4 and tried it wirelessly first but the Apple TV wouldnt connect so then I tried an Ethernet Cable and now it still wont connect. Any ideas

It is strange that it won't connect, even with ethernet.

55Mbps is pretty much overkill on just about any streaming app on the ATV4.

Unless you are streaming 4K movies rips which can go up to 128 Mbps.

Well, this is an ATV4, so you probably wouldn't be streaming 4K movies.

OP's question is vague, but I assume he asks if 55Mbps Internet speed from his ISP are enough.
