I received my MacBook today but decided to return it and get a replacement due to slanted keys. To be honest it was quite a tough decision, but two things made my mind up:
1) I saved hard and paid a lot of money for this laptop, and a lot of my friends have cheap ones which don't have such defects. I know it's a Rev A product, but it's clear that there are some 'perfect' ones out there - so why should I have one which isn't?
2) The main reason I was hesitant to return was that I may get a worse machine back. One with either the same issue or something like a loose battery case. If you think about it, I should not have to worry about that at all - I should expect the battery case to fit correctly and for the keyboard to be set straight - especially on what I'd describe as a high end product.

Now all I can do is hope & pray that my replacement is as it should be. I had kind of convinced myself a little that it'd be a small percentage of people with the defect, but I guess the issue is real!
Also, I must say that the after sales team were fantastic over the phone and got a replacement organised in about 20 mins. They were very apologetic about my experience too.
