It seems Apple has taken control of my iphone...when I want to hear my,yes MY music..it defaults to pushing me to buy music....is there anyway to block this and take control of the phone that I bought????????

Not sure I understand the problem. The iTunes app on the phone is the store, for buying Music/Films/TV. If you want to listen to music, open the Music app
