5C safari slow after 9.3 update

Anyone else's Safari slow as molasses after 9.3?

yeah its fine on my 6 too, but my 5c Safari just won't load any pages, Ive tried on WiFI and ATT. No luck.

Have you tried deleting Safari data and essentially resetting it? What about restarting the phone? Perhaps resetting network settings?

I've traced the problem to a app that wasn't updated for 9.3, disabled that app and all is well.

Through reviews in the App Store, many others had the same problem.

Any reasoning or explanation as to how a separate app would or even could have that effect?

What app was this? And by disabiling do you mean uninstalling?

Ah, so not so much an app but a content blocker for Safari, that makes much more sense.
