The 2014 iMac initially supported 4K. A subsequent driver update enabled 5k.

Pretty sure the 2013 iMac was the first 5k iMac.

Damn; Alright then. I was under the impression my iMac (2012) was the last non-retina version. So it seems all the 5k iMacs can run Boot Camp at 5k. This is good to know.

I had the 2014, 2015 and 2017 5K iMacs and yes, they all support 5K resolution under bootcamp with both the native Apple-supplied drivers and the modified AMD drivers from places likes BootCampDrivers.com.

Mind you, the implemetation on the windows side isn't bug free.

some applications don't respect the scaling.
there can be problems with running more than one monitor.

etc, etc.

Yeah I set my display to 200% to make the icons and windows manageable.
