Been offered iMac 5K which comes with a U.S. power cable, my questions,
are the iMacs are dual voltage? Will this work with a UK kettle lead?
And can I still buy UK AppleCare for it?

Yes, and yes...sort of.

It's not a standard kettle lead, but yes - you just need a UK three-pong plug (US to UK) piece or a replacement cable.

Just note the keyboard is a little different to what you're used to in the UK.

Thanks, not to worried about the keyboard as I have a wired one.
