5S Blue Screen & Restart issue

So my wife's iPhone 5S started crashing with a pixellated blue screen and restarting today. She was using it for basic stuff like texting. It happens over and over without any pattern.

It was before the 8.1.1 update rolled out so I did a restore and update.


Same deal though.


Any advice?

I just had this issue with my 6+. Took it back to apple. They replaced it due to a hardware issue.
