5s cutoff functionalities of iOS 9

What are the functionalities of iOS 9 that are not avaivable on 5s?

Does the phone gets:

Proactive Assistant?
Live Photos?
Live wallpapers?

It gets proactive assistant (I think all iPhones do?), but live photos and live wallpapers are 6S-only I assume.

Proactive: yes
Live Photos: can view but not make them
Live wallpapers: nope.
