5s running hot with moderate use

Seems my 64 gig 5s is running quite hot.

I have every iphone so far and this is by far the warmest one. Uncomfortable for sure.

I was using ios7 since Beta 1 on my 5 and I think this is definitely warmer.

I also noticed when I had it plugged into the wall that the metallic part of the USB of the lightning cable was SUPER hot.

Anyone else?

Yes but I'm not worried about it. If it fries then I'll just get a new one under AppleCare.

Mine was ridiculous earlier today but the evening has meant its running normally now. I going to assume it was cause it was charging installing tonnes of apps being used, and indexing spotlight.

Give it till the end of the day mate, might cool down

When I restored from iCloud the iPhone 5S was hot but has been fine since...

MY ATT 5s 64 seemed pretty warm - hotter than any other previous iphone I have had too- seems normal now- not worried about it...
