6.1.3 Other fixes?

    Does anyone know what are the usual 'other bug fixes' then mention in 6.1.3?

    You can learn about all the things Apple has done in an update from this support page: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1222

    However, the URL for iOS 6.1.3 when I clicked on it just now, isn't working. Hopefully they fix/update the page soon.

    It's not just countering jailbreak. Jailbreaks use security flaws to gain access so they are also fixing security flaws.
