Inside a medical office at a decently large city. Seems to always happen to. Real scenario usage barely usable. Guessing more so because of the upload not so much the download.

Seems slow but may be because of inside. Still it is not T-Mobile. I know that provider has gotten better, T-Mobile.

Is it only in the office you bad numbers when using mobile data? Then I would contact the provider and give them details about it. Its hard for them to know where its bad reception and they might be able to do something about it if its many users in that area that experience the same thing.

What phone are you using? Is it the same thing on different mobile standards (4G/5G)? What OS version? Has it always been like this or has it started recently?

I'm out at the airplane in Madrid, and I'm getting 2.08 Mbps with a ping of 506ms. Speedtest didn't even bother giving me an upload speed. 😂

Yes and No. That part of the building but it does happen inside other locations too not just there in the medical office. Totally different places.

iPhone 14 Pro Max. Latest iOS.

Actually did try 4G with turning off 5G and yes same slow speed for the most part.

Guess you can not expect super fast high speed data, even if your plan/tier gives you that unlimited, in every spot in your area with just one provider.

That's correct and the same can be applied for WiFi or anything that's using radio waves. And even if you have more providers its going to fluctuate based on where you are. Some materials isolate more than others that also affects speed when being indoors.
