The real case is on the right, the other pics are the $6 alternative. The buttons on the knock off are much easier to press than real. The grain on real is deeper and it feels better, but not $44 better.

Just got my black case today for my 6S+. Looks and feels like the original unless you look at it very closely. For the price it's great.

I had my screen get cracked from using a case that doesn't cover the bottom.

Just bought a similar leather case like apples that also covers the bottom but with no apple logo.

I'll post the link of anyone is interested.

Well ?

Thanks! Its hard to find an imitation one that's like Apple's but covers the bottom. I hope the buttons will last more than a few weeks.

How long have you had this for and how's the buttons?

I bought an imitation one for my 6 Plus a long while back and within a few days, the button indentations flattened out. It was really hard to press and it was actually hard to feel for the where the buttons are after it flattened out. It was a shame cause I like the feel but just couldn't use the buttons.

I'll let ya know when I receive it. I just got the notification that it shipped.

Thanks! Looking forward to your impressions, especially after a few weeks of use.

I hope it's a "hard" case.

I know the bendgate thing was blown way out of proportion but personally I've woke up with my phone underneath me and could see how it could be an issue considering I'm in the 200lb range

Ordered both the leather and silicon versions in red which I received this afternoon.
Just like the OP I'm really surprised at the quality of the leather version which looks and feels premium out of the box (more like $20+ instead of $6). And was relieved to find out that this clone actually fits my 6S+ better (seems somewhat thicker) than the original black leather 6+ case that I have owned since release last year.

Only complaint is that the camera hole doesn't center precisely and presses against the lower corner of the space gray ring. (edit) Also found out that some of the red chipped off near the inner corners when removing the case a couple of times to reveal a black layer. Not sure if the outer layer is entirely made out of leather..

Not that impressed by the silicon version though. Barely fits my 6S+, both lower corners don't cover the entire screen border and the aluminium is slightly visible. Build quality is also a lot less (even when this version was more expensive). It has a hole in the silicon near the mute switch (third pic) and when I pulled my phone out of it, it leaves slight glue residue on my phone from where the felt layer doesn't reach the silicon edges entirely (last pic).

Are the leather cases rigid at all or are they truly a leather "skin"?

For the most part just as rigid as the real leather case, but only has a more carton like feel to it when trying to bend it than the real one has. And its doesn't have a felt inner layer like the real one or the fake silicon has, more like a thick paper layer. Not 100% sure what this case is really made of lol

I received the red leather case. As someone pointed out above, the camera hole is not centered correctly. It barely touches the lens. Also, the black plastic lense opening is pretty sharp. Guess I'll keep it as a backup case.

I would save your money.

After seeing this thread I ordered one which I received today. It fits the 6s plus well and looks okay for a $6 fake. The only problem is that it stinks. It had a very strong chemical smell which gave me a headache. Needless to say I already took it off put it back in the box and wrapped it in a plastic bag:(
