1. Had interview with reasonably senior bod in Apple Europe (won't mention name)
2. Senior Bod in Apple Europe has met Steve Jobs (she pointed it out a few times in our chat) ;)

Ooohhh, that even beats clayj. Very impressive. :D

Was the interview Apple-related (if you don't mind me asking)?

1. i saw "the screen savers" live in san francisco back when it was still techtv and met leo laporte.
2. leo laporte knows woz (had him on a recent twit, as a matter of fact).
3. of course, the woz knows steve jobs.

3. Bono has obivously met Steve Jobs.

1) I e-mailed Phil Schiller about 3 years ago with some ideas.
2) Phil replied, "Keep the good ideas coming."
3) I said if they wanted ideas, I wanted compensated.
4) Phil said he'd work on it. I may be having an internship this summer or
next with Apple. Point: Phil and my assigned recruiter both know Steve.

I was SOOOOO into apple in 2002
I bought an iPod in 2002
2002 is when Jaguar was released, considerd to be the first USABLE version of OS X
Jaguar is made by Apple
Steve Jobs left Apple in 1984
That was 18 years before I got into apple
So when I am 18 I will be over Apple
Steve Jobs owns Apple

6: Myself (drinking one night, memories get fuzzy) -->

5: ? (fuzzy memory)

4: ? (still fuzzy memory)

3: ? (still have no clue what time it was)

2: ? (still do not remember how I got to the present location)

1: Steve Jobs.

I met Steve Jobs, via the 6 degrees of separation rules, too bad I cannot remember more than half of it.  :p ;) :D

5: took a road trip to mexico with Steve Balmer
4: Balmer knows Bill Gates
3: Bill Gates invited Steve Jobs to Mexico, in hopes to get him drunk and sign the rights to the iPod over to Balmer
2: Maya got a little tispy and ended up dancing on the bar with...
1: Steve Jobs. (who didn't sign over the iPod.)

ok, it's more of a story.
But it's about Mexico, and I like mexico.

We've all heard of 6 degrees of separation right?
well... can you link yourself to good ol' Steve Jobs in 6 steps or less?

I'll start...

1. I'm working on my masters at The University of Louisville where Delfeayo Marsalis takes classes from time to time. (he plays trombone, and I have talked to him a few times being a music major myself)
2. Delfeayo Marsalis is Wynton Marsalis's brother
3. Wynton just did a commercial for apple (which is really freakin awesome by the way)
4. Steve Jobs.

That was fun... your turn :)

i have three i can think of

let's see...ok it's not fair since i live right there i guess

1) my dad has a friend who was
2) former chief acct. for apple who
3) worked for steve jobs, then sculley, and others

here's another

1) my computer client has good friend who is
2) personal friend of steve jobs but complains on his choice of lack of furniture

here's another

1) i taught a networking class where this one student
2) was in steve wozniak's homebrew club
3) where steve jobs attended from time to time

but in northern california, there are hundreds of people who could care less about macs who probably see steve jobs as a customer, client, or have some working connection with apple, pixar, or his house/clothes/groceries, etc
